What is The Health Owl Programme?
The Health Owl Programme is a 12-week guided. and easy to follow, food, movement and coaching programme designed to help you lose weight, improve your health and generally feel amazing! Each week, our Team of experts supports your journey with:

What makes The Health Owl different?
The Health Owl is very different from many other subscription-based programmes. Firstly, we can prove it works. Our 12-week programme has been independently lab-tested using blood markers and body composition analysis, supporting our claim that if you closely follow our guided programme, it will work – and you will see genuinely impressive results.
Secondly, our experts are always available to adapt the programme around your personal food preferences, physical limitations or injuries, lifestyle, and specific goals. You’ll receive personal support and coaching through regular check-in meetings, while also becoming part of a supportive community of fellow “Owlers” and programme graduates.
This means you get as close as possible to bespoke one-to-one nutrition and fitness coaching, without the hugely expensive price tag.
What progress will I see during the programme?
Progress varies from person to person and depends on both your starting point and how closely you follow the programme.
Using independent blood test results and TANITA body composition analysis, we found that all of our members lost weight. More importantly, significant and meaningful improvements were also seen in key health indicators, including fat loss, muscle gain, reductions in waist measurements (a strong indicator of visceral fat loss), and improvements in health markers linked to cholesterol, diabetes, and other chronic health conditions.
How will you support me on the programme?
We aim to empower people with the confidence to exercise, eat well, and live healthier lives. We understand that life doesn’t always go to plan, and there will be times when you can’t stick to it perfectly – and that’s okay.

How do the exercise and nutrition plans work together?
You can’t out-exercise a poor diet. If you’re fuelling your body with ultra-processed, low-quality foods, exercise alone won’t deliver the results you want. Real progress comes from combining good nutrition with exercise that’s right for you – exactly what the Health Owl 12-Week Programme is designed to support.
